"Beautiful sable dog, completely balanced throughout with just the right amount of
substance for his perfect size. Lovely front legs. Good shoulder angulation, depth of chest,
bend of stifle with well let down hock. Correct head type with nicely moulded foreface,
correct stop, sweet eye and neatly carried ears completed the picture.
Moved out well with good reach and drive".
Rosco, his daughter Candy, and his son Flynn - all placed first in their respective classes at the
2009 Shetland Sheepdog National - then Rosco and Flynn both in the Dog Challenge Line up.
** Rosco is the Sire of Speciality Winning dogs both here in Australia and New Zealand **
To date he has produced 7 Champions, with 2 more almost titled.
'Rosco' came to me at 8 weeks old, a delightful puppy with the most loving temperament.
At 3 1/2 months old he took out Baby In Show at the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Queensland
Championship Show under Breed Specialist Mrs Sue Lishman of Louanda Kennels in Victoria,
then at 3 1/2 years of age took out the prestigious Best In Show award at the same event
again under a breed specialist, Mr Ian Spangler of Shelsian Kennels in S.A.
In August 2009, at 7 years of age, Rosco continues to do well and takes out 1st Place in the Australian Bred Dog Class at the 9th Shetland Sheepdog National, what a thrill to have him and his Son, Flynn, in the Dog Challene line up together.
Rosco is now retired, with his progeny now taking over , his Grandchildren are now entering the ring.
He has had such a stella career, both here and in New Zealand with Jeanine Bishop of Eastonia
Kennels, where he lived for 12 months on lease. Please check his PROGENY page to see the quality he
has produced only being used sparingly, I think this little Man has done both myself and his Breeder proud.
